Course Description 

Illustration Design I is an introductory course that focuses on the fundamental principles and techniques of illustration. Through a combination of theory and practical exercises, students will learn the key elements of visual storytelling, composition, character design, and illustration styles. The course will explore various traditional and digital tools used in illustration and provide students with the foundational skills necessary to create captivating and expressive illustrations. Building upon a foundation of drawing, students will explore methods for representing situations, depicting characters, and conveying various actions and movements, also learn how to create illustrations with a sense of depth and perspective, adapting to different viewpoints. Through this process, students will develop the fundamentals for expressing unique and individualized illustrations.



Course Description

Interaction Design, is a course that emphasis interaction skills for moving image making which mean, students are going to be learning about basic video production to use Adobe Premiere Pro program, and also hands-on writing and drawing to story board for sequence things for video shooting. Students can be imagining from fixed images to moving images during on video shooting through the sequence writing and drawing. For video editing will be using Adobe Premiere Pro and also, students are going to be getting knowledges and tooling for about the program.

 

And the course included UI/UX design, User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Design is meticulously designed to equip students with foundational knowledge and advanced skills in developing effective, efficient, and engaging digital interfaces. The course emphasizes theoretical underpinnings and practical applications of contemporary UI and UX methodologies, enabling students to master the art and science of creating user-centric digital environments.

 

This course, is going to be co-teaching with Design and Computer Science departments.


Course Description

Media Aesthetics I is a foundational course that explores the intricate relationship between beauties and uglies. Those aesthetics stuff will be containing diverse forms of media, including visual arts, film, photography, and Etc. Through theoretical exploration from Umberto Eco’s theories "History of Beauty" and "On Ugliness." And students are thinking with what is the real beauties? and what is the real uglies? into our life and city and relationship and Etc. Through those study students will gain a deeper understanding of how aesthetics influenced the creation, interpretation, and impact of media. This course primarily encourages contemplation of the points at which visual outcomes acquire artistic significance. Students will engage in diverse interpretations of images and content, fostering a broader understanding of the aesthetic aspects present in media. Through this course, students will discover aesthetic perspectives within the outcomes expressed through media and engage in discussions about the significance of human's sensibilities and emotions.



Course Description

Advanced Design I is an intensive course that specific topic into the deep practices. Students will be developing a deep understanding of matters from their objects, places and situations; individual seeking to elevating what is the best or worst through perspectives for designing. In-depth journey of personal growth and exploration for the matters about designs. Students need to get the starting point for design, many new design things were started from the “Uncomfortable” stuff. Through the Advanced Design I course, students will be experiencing kind of these; 1) Changing, 2) Improving, 3) Developing, 4) Balancing, 5) Contributing. Design will be not changes all thing like world, but it can be changing the Human mind and improving their life and developing the city and make balancing between human and technologies and design will be contributing to family, neighbors and peoples.
