In this course, students will gain an in-depth understanding of thermal engineering theories such as the basic law of energy conversion (especially the conversion between heat energy and other forms of energy) and the efficient utilization of heat energy. They will be introduced to various perspectives and the evolution of energy transfer and conversion, providing a foundation for understanding the efficient utilization of heat energy.  Students can master the basic knowledge and concepts of heat transfer theory to analyze heat transfer phenomena in engineering practice. Furthermore, typical heat transfer problems can be solved by proposing practical strategies to enhance or weaken heat transfer processes.

Additionally, students will learn about dialectical thinking and logical reasoning, and the importance of judging, calculating, and analyzing thermal problems.
